キャンセル・返金について

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a fee or partial refund, depending on the case.
Refunds are generally not available after services have been rendered.

48時間前までのキャンセル は無料で日程変更が可能です。
24時間以内のキャンセル は、状況により料金の一部を申し受ける場合があります。
サービス提供後の返金は、原則としてお受けいたしかねます。

8. Delivery of Services / サービスの提供時期

Online sessions are conducted on the agreed date and time after payment confirmation.
For special programs (e.g., Kokoro-Gumi), the schedule will be finalized after a prior consultation.

オンラインセッションは、お支払い確認後に確定した日時に実施いたします。
「心組（Kokoro-Gumi）」など特別プログラムについては、事前相談後に日程を確定いたします。

Clients are responsible for any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, or travel costs (if face-to-face sessions are requested).
