By purchasing any service, course, or product offered by The Miyabi Method™（ザ雅メソッド™）, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined herein.

1. General Policy / 一般方針

 

All payments made to The Miyabi Method™（ザ雅メソッド™） are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment has been received. This applies to all digital services, consultations, coaching sessions, and online or in-person courses.

 

ザ雅メソッド™ へのすべての支払いは、いかなる状況においても支払い完了後の返金は一切受け付けません。
この方針は、デジタルサービス、コンサルティング、コーチングセッション、オンラインおよび対面のコースすべてに適用されます。

 

Our services are intellectual and time-based in nature; therefore, their value is considered rendered upon confirmation and scheduling.

 

当社のサービスは知的かつ時間的価値を有するものであり、予約確定・スケジュール確定時点で提供が開始されたものとみなされます。

 

2. Services and Courses / サービスおよびコースについて

 

Since The Miyabi Method™（ザ雅メソッド™） primarily offers personal development and refinement services as products, no refunds shall be issued after payment confirmation.

 

ザ雅メソッド™ は主に自己成長および洗練のためのサービスを提供しているため、支払い確定後の返金は行いません。

 

However, clients who wish to defer or reschedule their enrolled course or session series may discuss this directly with The Miyabi Method™（ザ雅メソッド™）.

• Any arrangement for course deferment, rescheduling, or extension must be mutually agreed upon.

• If a course consists of multiple sessions, the duration period begins from the date of the first session.

• Failure to redeem sessions within the specified duration may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions and may be subject to applicable penalties.

 

ただし、受講中のコースやセッションの延期またはスケジュール変更を希望する場合は、ザ雅メソッド™ と直接ご相談ください。

• 延期・振替・延長の取り決めは双方の合意が必要です。

• コースが複数セッションで構成される場合、期間は初回セッション日から起算されます。

• 有効期間内にセッションを受講しなかった場合、未受講分は無効となり、必要に応じてペナルティが発生する場合があります。

 

3. Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, etc.) / 物理商品（書籍・グッズなど）

 

For physical goods sold and shipped by The Miyabi Method™（ザ雅メソッド™）, refunds and returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• The customer notifies The Miyabi Method™（ザ雅メソッド™） within 3 days of receipt, providing proof such as photos.

• The item is returned safely and unused within 7 days of receipt to our designated return address.

• Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect or damage, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion.

 

ザ雅メソッド™ が販売・発送する物理商品の返品・返金は、以下の条件を満たす場合にのみ検討いたします。

• 商品到着時に破損または欠陥がある場合。

• 商品受取日より3日以内に写真等の証拠を添えてご連絡いただいた場合。

• 商品が未使用のまま受取日より7日以内に安全に返送された場合。

• 当社にて確認後、破損・欠陥が認められた場合、返金または交換を当社の裁量で行います。

 

Please note that:

• Refunds or returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

 

なお、以下の場合は返品・返金をお受けできません。

• **お客様都合（気が変わった、好みに合わない等）**による返品・返金のご希望。

• 特段の合意がない限り、返送にかかる送料はお客様負担となります。

• 事前連絡なしの欠席・遅刻・キャンセル。

• コースの有効期間切れ。
