4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their sessions up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a partial or full fee. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

All information shared during consultations is treated with the utmost confidentiality and respect. We adhere to strict privacy practices in accordance with Japanese and international data protection laws. Client information is never disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, written content, and programs under The Miyabi Method and Kokoro-Gumi are the intellectual property of Yamato and the brand. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material, image, or concept is strictly prohibited.

The Miyabi Method shall not be held responsible for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on consultations, educational materials, or programs. Clients acknowledge that results depend on their personal participation, decisions, and circumstances.

4. キャンセルおよび日程変更

セッションの変更希望は、48時間前までにご連絡ください。24時間以内のキャンセルについては、全額または一部の料金を申し受ける場合があります。緊急時や特別な事情がある場合は、柔軟に対応いたします。

5. 機密保持およびプライバシー

セッション中に共有された個人情報は、厳重に管理され、秘密保持を徹底いたします。日本および国際的な個人情報保護法に基づき、第三者への開示は法的要請がある場合を除き行いません。

6. 知的財産権

雅メソッド／心組（Kokoro-Gumi） に関連するすべての資料、文章、プログラム、デザイン、コンセプトは、ヤマトおよび当ブランドの知的財産です。無断での使用、複製、転載を禁じます。
